went grocery shopping last night. got some good stuff&some naughty stuff. all of it easily portioned though. here's what i added the the fridge:

deli meat chicken (okay) one slice is only 13cals
pepperjack cheese (okay) one slice is 60cals
bread (okay) one slize is 70cals
broccoli sprouts mix (good) serving is about 20cals
iceberg lettuce (good) about 10 calories a cup
snow peas (good) 10 pods are 14cals
wheat saltines (okay) 5 crackers is 60cals
tuna (good) half a can is
canned tamales (bad) serving size is 2 tamales which would be 190. i eat half of one, so 50cals
oatmeal cream pies (badbadbad) 170 a cookie, i only eat 1/4 so 45cals
neopolitan ice cream (badbadbad) 1/2 cup is 130cals, i eat a spoonful only so i call it 40cals
italian vinaigrette dressing (good) 2 tbsp is 30cals
capri sun waters (good) 30cals for one
orange juice (good) cup is 120cals but i dilute it.
rice chex cereal (good) 1 cup is 100cals
pretzel sticks (good) about 2 cals each, i carry 25 in a ziploc bag with me.

so not terrible. but not great. i'd much rather get all fruits&veggies&juice&maybe fish. but i need my mother to think i'm normal. &the bad things are bad but they last me a long time. so it's not as if they'll be gone within a week. okay, i'm just trying to make myself feel better. whatever. i have a headache again today. but i'm going running after my brother takes me driving. gotta learn how to drive a standard. blah. thanks tons for all the encouragement. you ladies are great. sorry i seem so cold. i'm not meaning to me. i really do appreciate it. sorry. i'm trying.

p.s. i honestly don't understand how i could be an inspiration to anybody. but having 256 followers. damn. when did that happen? i remember being so excited to have 26.

    anyways, i would like to know how you keep yourself from eating more than a spoonful of ice cream or not eating an entire oatmeal cream pie. like have to always been able to do this or is it learned?

  6. Hey, don't be so hard on yourself! you're FANTASTIC and you always have great thinspo! Where do you get it? Plus, I like juice. I recently got this vanilla almond milk- 40 cals a cup (BUT 3.5 GRAMS OF FAT D:) good for being in front of others. Tasty, too. And sorry about the blahs, it's the change of season, most likely. Happens to everyone, don't worry. Love ya <3

  7. Good luck with the standard! It's seems hard at first, but you get the hang of it pretty quickly. Plus, it makes you feel like you've accomplished something bigger than when you learn to drive an automatic :p

  12. it takes me so long to go shopping and i feel like such a loser because i pick up everything and immediately look at the nutritional info, and then when i check out i have all these low-cal fat-free items in my cart and i feel like everyone is judging me for it.

    your shopping list looks great though. i totally understand buying things so people think you're normal. and i love the thinspo with average/skinny girls! it's even more motivating than just pics of skinny girls, because i see it and i really don't want to be just average sized, i want to be skinny and tiny and smaller than everyone else around me.

  13. Your shopping sounds pretty good to me! I love love love your comparison pics at the end of your posts (people who say your ideal is too small can fuck themselves). It's so original and funny! All my friends in 'real life' know I hate fat people...it's just the rest of my food stuff they don't know. You have serious willpower, determination and humour. That's how you get 256 followers :)

  16. You have to try the bread I use... It is 35 cals a slice! It is Nickels 35 Wheat... It is actually really good too! And I am excited to have 13! Back up from 11 a couple months ago! :)
