woke up super late. well, i got up at 5:30am&ran again, but then i went back to sleep. got up at 10ish&di my morning 200 crunches. ouch. coffee&toast for breakfast. prolly 200 calories. i have to have just a bit of sugar in my coffee. pathetic little me&my little sweet tooth. yikes. anyway, i've returned to my love/hate relationship with my epilator. pain helps me calm down. as emo as it sounds, it's true. i just function better. so instead of cutting, i do hundreds of crunches or rip hairs out of my legs. why? cause it's a win-win. so cheers for at least being a little productive.
i hope i can keep up these 5:30 runs. my mother didn't even know i went this morning. when my alarm goes off i know exactly what time it is. sometimes i sleep in shorts&socks&a tank top so all i have to do is put on my sports bra&running shoes&put my hair in a ponytail. being one of the first people at the park is great. i can never decide what to listen to when i run. so i usually put it on paramore. when my knee acts up&can only walk, i put it on 'courage' by superchick. i like music. alot. the only time i don't have music on is when i'm watching tv or a movie. i even play my ipod while i'm in the shower. that's partly cause i swear i'm going to be murdered one day when i close my eyes to rinse my hair. oh boy. too much tv maybe? oh, the rambling could continue for quite a while. but i have a hard time reading long posts so i'll spare you.

&my obsession with comparing legs continues. i can't help it. i have huge legs&looking at girls with small legs makes me want to try harder. i feel like i'm making painfully slow progress. but progress is progress. my mother is making spaghetti tonight. pasta? no thanks. gross. stay strong, darlings. think about everything you put in your mouth today.

Early runs... awesome! Definitely helps to be all ready in the morning. My knee is bugging out again. Gonna get out and just make myself go too.
